International orders

We ship orders within 3 working days of receiving them. This excludes made-to-order, customised, and pre-order items. Please note that there may be slight delays during Japanese holiday seasons or due to weather conditions.

Orders usually take 2–3 weeks to arrive, but please allow up to 4 weeks to be safe. International customers are responsible for any import taxes and duties according to their local customs regulations.
