Return Window
Please contact us at hi@shiki-studios.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Returns for Personal Reasons
If you're returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., it doesn’t fit or you changed your mind), please include the following in your email:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Your name
  • Reason for return

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving our return instructions.

Returns Due to Our Error
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived with a significant defect, we will cover the return shipping.

Please email us with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Your name
  • Description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the defect


Returns Not Accepted
We cannot accept returns if:

  • You contact us more than 7 days after receiving the item
  • The item is returned more than 7 days after return instructions are sent
  • The item has been used, washed, altered, or cleaned
  • Tags or labels are missing
  • The item is stained, dirty, or has an odour


Important Notes

  • Customised or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
  • All items are handmade; slight variations in size, shape, or finish are normal and not considered defects.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
