Shiki Studios was born from a pure passion for textiles, with hues inspired by the nature found in everyday life in Shiki - 四季, four seasons.


Our journey traces back to childhood - the time when you were so deeply immersed in what you loved that time seemed to disappear.

I grew up in countryside in Japan, and was deeply inspired by the colour of Shiki, four seasons and living cohesively in those moments.

The earthy smell of spring soil,
the vibrant green rice fields of summer,
autumn foliage in burnt red,
and winter wrapped in stillness.


These are the precious moments we all once knew, yet often leave behind as we grow into the demands of busy adult life. 

We believe in slowing down and reconnecting with memories that are filled with happiness, and create garments that don’t follow trends, showcasing the authenticity of handmade craftsmanship and designs with pure creativity.
